Samsung will unveil its next flagship Galaxy phones at Galaxy Unpacked on February 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET (streaming on Samsung’s site, Newsroom, and YouTube). (Samsung Global Newsroom)

Leaks already sketch the direction: Samsung plans to make Galaxy AI the headline act, positioning the S26 as an “AI phone” that makes everyday tasks feel more automatic and personal. The official teaser language leans hard into “easy and effortless” AI-driven routines, so expect fewer fireworks on hardware and more time spent on software features, on-device privacy, and assistant-style experiences. (Samsung Global Newsroom)

Galaxy S26 lineup and what the leaks suggest

As usual, Samsung is expected to ship three models: Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra. Reporting and leaks suggest the design stays close to last year’s shape, with small visual tweaks around the rear camera area rather than a full redesign. (The Verge)

On chips, the picture looks split by region and tier. Samsung’s own Exynos 2600—built on Samsung’s 2nm GAA process—appears positioned for parts of the S26 range, while some variants (especially Ultra-tier in certain markets) may lean on Qualcomm’s latest flagship silicon. Samsung itself markets Exynos 2600 as a 2nm, AI- and gaming-focused SoC that integrates CPU/NPU/GPU for efficiency and performance. (Samsung Semiconductor Global)

Memory and storage leaks point toward a more “premium baseline,” with some reports claiming 128GB may disappear and higher RAM tiers could become more common. If that’s true, it could push pricing upward—but it also fits Samsung’s broader “AI-first” story, since many on-device AI features benefit from more memory headroom. (The Verge)

    Charging and the Qi2 question

Wireless charging is also in flux. One leak thread centers on Qi2 accessories (including a magnetic battery pack), which suggests Samsung will keep building around Qi2 compatibility—possibly via cases and add-ons rather than magnets inside the phone itself. Recent reporting and leaks indicate built-in Qi2 magnets may still be unlikely, despite the ecosystem moving in that direction. (The Verge)

Eco-friendly angle for your SEO page

Real eco-friendly upgrades are simple: longer updates, easier repairs, and efficient on-device AI help phones last longer and cut e-waste, while higher base storage and power-efficient chips reduce upgrades and daily energy use. (Samsung Semiconductor Global)
